Glamour Artistry is a home-based salon providing eyelash extensions and brow services. There are many different sets and styles to pick from and we will customise them to suit you!

GLAMOUR ARTISTRY POLICY
To ensure a seamless experience, please review and agree to the following policies. These terms apply to all appointments and services provided by Glamour Artistry.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept EFTPOS, Afterpay, and ZipPay in-salon.
Cash payments are accepted; however, they must be provided in the exact amount.
Please note: PayID and bank transfers are NOT accepted.


APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be booked via the “Book Now” button or link on our social media platforms.

Glamour Artistry operates as a home salon. To maintain privacy and professionalism:
Do not enter the premises without prior permission or a staff member present.
A strict no-guest policy applies, including family, friends, and children.
Please text us upon arrival and wait for our response to come in as we may still be with a client.
We serve clients aged 18 and above exclusively.

Appointments must be booked by the individual attending. If booking for someone else, please indicate this when asked during the online booking process. Alternatively, gift vouchers are available to purchase both online and in-salon.

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Skincare and makeup products can compromise the quality of your service. While we will make every effort to remove any makeup, this may reduce the time available for your service.


CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Selected services require a 50% booking fee to be paid upon booking.
Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment within 3 months of the original booking. After 3 months, the booking fee is forfeited, and a new one will be required.
Where a booking fee is not required, a card will be kept on file for any cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service cost. A new booking fee is required for future appointments.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 70% of the service cost. A new booking fee is required for future appointments.
A 70% fee of the booked service will be charged for no-shows (failure to attend without prior notice).

Due to certain services processing times, late arrivals may result in the appointment being cancelled and the client being classified as a no show.
Eyelash Lifting: Arrivals later than 15 minutes will be classified as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Eyelash or Eyebrow Tinting/Dyeing, Facial Waxing: Arrivals later than 10 minutes may be classified as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Eyelash Extensions: Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, with the full fee still required. Clients will also be advised to schedule their next appointment earlier than usual to maintain their lash set. Failure to come in earlier may result in your next appointment being changed to a full set.

In the event Glamour Artistry offers you any credits from your cancellation fee, this must be used within 2 weeks of issuance. Unused credits will be forfeited.


DISCOUNTS, OFFERS, AND GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Discounts/offers are valid only for the specified duration and services as determined by Glamour Artistry.
Discounts/offers cannot be used with any other promotions, discounts or offers unless specified by Glamour Artistry.
Discounts/offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
Discounts/offers are limited to one per client, unless otherwise specified by Glamour Artistry.
Discounts/offers are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Glamour Artistry reserves the right to amend or withdraw discounts/offers at any time without prior notice.


Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards are redeemable only for services at Glamour Artistry, not for any product purchases.
Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash—lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless issued as part of a promotion.
Cancellation or no-show fees will be deducted from the gift card balance.


By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Glamour Artistry's policies, including all fees associated with cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows.
